Gergithus variabilis
I found this blue ladybug and I checked my book when I back home.. I couldn't find blue ladybug in my book and gave up. another day, I googled "blue ladybug" in our language, found a result. this isn't a beetle, a plant-hopper. in japanese MaruUnka(マルウンカ). :))
I found it in mountain, sunny trail.

yeah, that's very clever! put the tag with the plant name :)
it's nice, injica! I'm interest in food plant, it's the key to find insects, and keep insects alive, so I want to link food plant. :)))
cool :) I'm doing the same thing in my spotting, but just for what I find ;) like related spotting for a copulation or if it is a butterfly than for a caterpillar ;) now I'm proud that somebody is following my example :D
thank you injica! I added "related spottings" in Notes section that I noticed in Noah. these insects are colorful!
That looks totally unbelievable, totally imitates some kind of ladybird!
cute, I agree with it, Sckel. I believed this is a blue ladybug. :))
