Description:

This is a medium sized butterfly. Instead of being brown, as suggested by its name, it was of more dark blue and white, with specific white patterns. Orange patch at the base of the forewing was very prominent. It flew short distances of about 2 - 4m. It kept its wings closed while at rest.

Habitat:

This butterfly was spotted by the side of the road, the area was damp and quite dark. Surrounding areas were all forests.
