Schizura concinna

Description:

Paler forward wind has pinkish brown shading in median area and a reddish streak along inner margin. Thin black basal dash and tiny black reniform dot are the only obvious markings. White apical dash is small. Prominent Hodges #8010 Total length 17-21 mm Host plants are deciduous trees and woody plants including apple, blueberry, elm, hickory.

Rich mesic woods

Notes:

I have seen these caterpillars in my yard in previous years. Moth came to my blacklight/floodlight sheet
