Yes Jellis you are careful on this matter, one white dragonfly's abdomen is counted four white segments and the other five, that means they are different ones.
If you count the segments where the white is one has four and fades into the black while the other one has more white segments and is more defined between the black and white.
Jellis, not really, at most (if really so) there can be only 2 different species because the white ones are of the same species and most probably the same one, the proof is that I followed it to another place and took the picture.

Male and female? Sometimes they are very differently colored.

2nd image looks like a Lesser Blue Skimmer (Orthetrum triangulare)
Looks like you may have 3 species here but not sure.
