Geometridae, Larentiinae. Unfortunately it is already too late for me to check all candidates. Quite a tricky subfamily. In my eyes, please, focus on the "empty" white area on the forewing and the distance of the only 1 "spike" from the margin (1/3 of the forewing) and s-like shape of the darker area from the margin to the spike.
