Its a juvenile, at first they don't have any necklace but it starts to appear after a few weeks. All the adults had long since left. Most of them leave in July as soon as the young can feed themselves. Collared Pratincoles have a broad white trailing edge to the wing in flight. Oriental Pratincole has rufous underwing coverts.

probably female having less pronounced black necklace. i wonder if how it differ from that of oriental
