Spotting

Description:

This was a small tree, to around 3 metres. Inflourescence, a simple umbel of white flowers, mostly 5 petals with no scent. They lined the edge of the tidal swamp. I've visited this spot many times before, never having noticed these trees. Now they're in flower, they really stand out.

Habitat:

These trees were on the edge of a tidal swamp, growing beside mangroves in highly saline mud.
