Gynacantha cylindrata

Description:

Gynacantha cylindrata is a species of dragonfly in family Aeshnidae. It is found in Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Uganda, and possibly Somalia.

Habitat:

Found indoor at night. But its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and shrub-dominated wetlands.

But just for information, the habitat box on PN spottings is for the habitat of "your" spotting -- that's what gives it additional scientific value as a location data point -- and this is independent of other sources of information which cannot of course, provide your specific information. Of course you noted it was inside but in such a case the immediate sorroundings would be interesting too.
