This is likely either an Araneus cavaticus (Barn Spider) or a Neoscona crucifera. It's probably an Araneus cavaticus, but we could tell better if we had a shot of the belly. The Araneus cavaticus has a comma shaped ventral mark and the Neoscona crucifera has mor of a broken "L" shape.
