Harmonia axyridis
Woodland habitat
This lady beetle has just come out of its pupa, so it is difficult to tell the species. Looking closely, you can see the spots, but I can't quite tell what it would be. It was sitting waiting for its wings to harden.

Thanks Maria!
Great series!
Thanks staccyh:)
Fantastic photos!
Excellent! Thanks so much, Jemma for sharing your knowledge with me:)
When a lady bug is born.it is born with markings on the pronotum which are permanent and do not change.Every species has the related markings on the pronotum.
Spots appear later on and the yellow turn to red.
and yes beaker,it is Multicolred Asian Lady Beetle.
This is how I resolved mine!
