I spotted this along the road through Santuario Otun Qiumbaya. It came and went fairly quickly and I was only able to get this shot which is extremely cropped for a better view.
Thanks for the ID bayucca. You seem to have a knack for finding links for that show the species in the exact same place as I spotted it.
