A small unidentified yellow Ichneumon wasp. It looks supeficially similar to members of the Pimplinae, see http://www.brisbaneinsects.com/brisbane_...

Habitat:

Observed on the underside of a jackfruit leaf (Artocarpus heterophyllus) in a large semi-urban yard and garden near a disturbed patch of remnant forest in the equatorial tropics of northern New Guinea.
