Small white butterfly. Upperside of wings are white with blue/black tips. Male has one submarginal black spot on each forewing. This butterfly emerges early and stays late.
Urban or rural. Found this fellow in a bed of garlic mustard.

Beautiful shot! I find white butterflies difficult to photograph and this is a really nice one.
