Extremely tiny wasp. Reddish brown coloration. Somewhat "hunched" appearance. Clear wings. There were numerous wasps, similar to this one, though some were black, crawling about on the rocks and trees.
Temperate forest.

Thank you John! I thought that it might be something like that.
This small wasp is in the superfamily Cynipoidea, and most likely a gall wasp in the family Cynipidae
