Clusters of tiny white bugs with black stripes across the body. At first I thought it was scale but not sure. Heaps of them all over a grevillea.
In semi rural backyard, Thirlmere.

That's what I thought at first too Luis but could not find a matching image for this one.
Some kind of scale insects.
