Some specimens from each look close. I will just leave it at the genus unless someone can help me further distinguish the two species
Agree with the genus, but it also could be Napauctus peregrinus.

I am sceptic if we can separate them from the pictures we have. Personally I would go with Naupactus cf. peregrinus or being more sceptic Naupactus sp.
Hmm, probably not. Look for a darker median line, a darker thin line at the margin (#2), then a brighter and broader stripe and a darker lateral base of the elytra as shown in your #3.
Curculionidae. Try Entiminae, Borad-nosed Weevils.
