Acrididae
The Short-horned Grasshopper might be Pseudoxya diminuta, but I must admit that my priority when taking the photos for this spotting, was to try and make the Mites visible because they were completely new to me. Unfortunately, the Mites are so tiny that getting a good quality photo of them was well beyond my photographic ability and even the grasshopper is not clear. However, the mites can be seen and I think they could be Erythracarus sp., going by some photos in https://spain.inaturalist.org/taxa/86874...
The Short-horned Grasshopper was spotted in our backyard, sitting on String Beans (Vigna unguiculata) locally called Sitaw. Plant information from - http://www.stuartxchange.org/Sitaw.html
