Yellow-Legged Gull

Larus michahellis

Description:

Underwing is white with black ends. Yellow beak with a red/orange spot.

Habitat:

Urban. (Beach close by.)

Notes:

As I took pictures of my lil' sister's training day for an in-water ballet show, it was hard not to notice these fellows playing around in the water. I believe the brownish ones are females?
