Description:

It is a common swallow living in Sub-Saharan region. Flying insects and fruits are its main diet. That's why you can always see it flying back and forth so frequently as it is catching insects.

Habitat:

Mainly lowland wooded habitat. This group is found next to the Mara River in Kenya.

Swallows and martins are really difficult to ID, especially when they're flying non-stop @@ But their nimble flight is really attractive.
