Homosetia sp.
An unknown species of Homosetia moth. Tiny, black and blue coloration with some white at the top of the head and the tips of the wings. Raised scales that shine like droplets of water. Quite similar to Homosetia bifasciella. http://bugguide.net/node/view/478716
