Just to add, this is actually a female, the male has very long tail streamers which more than double its length and, although it is often the same colour there is also a "white morph" variant (male only) where the head is the same but the body and tail are white. The African Paradise Flycatcher is very similar while the Japanese Paradise Flycatcher is much darker brown.

Sort of, I will try to photograph birds (and animals) wherever I go if time permits and we often plan some bird-watching when we go on holidays.
