Green, yellow, blue and black leafhopper about 6 mm long. There is a bold, black outline between the colors. Only shot before it jumped away.
This hopper was on an unknown plant that a Monarch chrysalis was on in a primarily Milkweed garden.

Yes I got lucky! The second shot was of a bare leaf :)
