Description:

Dioecious plant (compare photos 1 & 2), small bluish drupes (photo 3 shows a very old dried up one), small yellowish leaves hanging on some of the plants, while another larger tree was totally devoid of leaves.

Habitat:

Near a salt marsh in muddy ground at the Chassahowitzka Salt Marsh Trails in Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge
