Description:

These tiny stars are four-petaled flowers (rather confusing as the plant belong to family Caryophyllaceae) 10 to 12 mm across, produced in August on a creeping or low-growing herbaceous plant; growing in shade on a forest floor.

Habitat:

Slopes of Jura, forest floor of a mixed montane forest.
