Pelopidas conjuncta
Conjoined Swift spotted in Zama Yatoyama Park, in Zama, Kanagawa, Japan.
No problem, any help you can provide with the right ID is greatly appreciated. I would be totally lost without your help, so I am grateful. Thank again.
Hey, no I didn't mean it that way, the location is clear, the doubt is with "my" identification, cuz conjoined swift is distributed within India - Bangladesh region, thus I'm not sure if it's the same species you've spotted here though they look very similar! :)
Nope, no doubt whatsoever about the location, though I admit it may be off by a few hundred meters or so.
This species doesn't seem to have a tail in the hind wing. And the pattern of the wings matches with conjoined swift. Yet there is a clear doubt about the location.
It looks like Urbanus acawoios, a very commom specie in South America (Brasil). Why not?
