It can't be Leucoagaricus leucothites this mushroom has a ring, while your spotting, the stripe covered with flaky shreds of velum remnants.

You might be right. It is one of the choices I had in mind.
Its actually call Virosa. but got it.. thanks Gina

This look like a destroying angle to me Amanita Verosa, mushroom with gills. Non edible!
