Red Dragonfly with red on the inside half of the wings. The end half is clear except the front edge of the wing. The abdomen is thick.
On a Cape Honeysuckle branch above a fish pond in my backyard.
The last image shows another dragonfly (Blue Dasher) next to it. Yay, my first spotting!
