Can't help but to think this is a male Erythemis simplicicollis (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/686...). What is throwing me off is the darkness of his eyes. Most pics they seem to be more on the blue side. However Laurine has a spot of one that looks a lot like yours (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/662...) so perhaps this is a variation in color perhaps due to aging.
