Description:

The Black Kite is a common passage migrant for Kuwait. He winters in Africa and breeds in forests near lakes, rivers or wetlands. Human settlements don’t bother him too much if they are close by. He feeds on fish, but also on on roadkill or Leftovers in harbours. He’s quite social and nests in trees. His height is approx. 48-48cm and his Wingspan is about 130 – 155cm.
