Slug mama and eggs

Description:

Cluster of eggs with a "mother" slug wrapped around it.

Habitat:

In the soil in our garden in Windwardside at the foot of Mount Scenery Volcano on Saba in the Caribbean Sea.

Notes:

Never ever saw such a thing. A snail curled around her batch of eggs. I took the pictures and moved her to another wil field (not in our soil! )

Thanks Neil
Crazy stuff huh?
Luckily in all this madness we still get some pleasures out of the natural world.
