Lonchura malabarica
other names: White-throated Munia, White-throated Silverbill or Warbling Silverbill as well as Euodice malabarica. In the Collins bird guide the species is listed as an escapee (like the Parakeets). Not sure if he’s a resident to Dubai or just a migrant (I guess a migrant).
