Saddle-billed Stork with Egyptian Geese

Ephippiorhynchus senegalensis

Description:

A very large Stork that is unlikely to be confused with any other Stork species, because of its size and unusual red and black banded bill, with the yellow saddle at its base. An uncommon resident in Southern Africa.

Habitat:

Dams, Pans, Rivers and Flood plains.
