Description:

Approximately 20cm by 10cm. No smell that I noticed. Second photo is a cropped version of the first, showing a closer view. Third photo shows how it was attached to the tree. The stuff on the top is sawdust from where I was chainsawing logs next to this fungi. But the petrol-like sheen is part of the organism

Habitat:
