Description:

Black, yellow, and white stripes full grown approx. 2 inches

Notes:

Built a butterfly nursery. Stocked it with Milkweed (Asclepias syriaca) The Milkweed already had the eggs on the leaves. After about four days the eggs hatch, they become caterpillars (larvae) They have a voracious appetite for the Milkweed for about two weeks, and then go into their chrysalis (pupa) stage.
