Spotted in Fantasyland at Disneyland, Anaheim by lake and castle.
It was across the river and this camera could only do so much zoom. I'm pretty sure you both are right, thanks for the ID! :)
If I were a gambling man, I'd put my money on some kind of Rose. I don't think you'll get any closer than that without a shot of the flowers.
