Ischnura aurora
A small apple green damselfly with black thoracic stripes and blue tipped yellow tail.
Found among vegetation along the banks of ponds, rivers, canals and estuaries; found away from water-bodies also. These are found in Asian and Australian regions. Also found in remote oceanic islands probably carried by air currents.
I agree, this is probably not Ischnura aurora, since this one should have a full golden body, your's body is partly aellow and black.
Thanks for the link Ashish.. I think it is a Golden Dartlet(Male).. Pls confirm once by seeing the wiki link i have provided..:-)
