Artocarpus lacucha
The fruit is oddly lumpy in shape, reminded me of wild sweetsop Annona reticulata except that this one had yellow pulp; bright yellow. Tree was slim and tall (last photo)
I had worked here for over two decades but never noticed this tree (may be it had not fruited then). This time as we parked the car, I noticed the yellow pulp all over the place. The gardener was kind enough to pick a few for me. (second photo) which I sliced open (third photo) Thin sweet-sour pulp around a largish seed.
