thank you BAS for clarifying difference between Besra and sparrowhawk,

The Besra has yellow eyes and sometimes they look little orange, but the sparrowhawk has really clear chest drawing. and this bird has more sloppy kind of chest drawing.

having query over suggestion Besra, Besra is having red eyes.
this is more similar to Eurasian Sparrowhawk, please advice in this regards..
