Hello Antonio, this is a great community all focused on the same things. I originally ID's this Toyon but deleted my suggestion after noticing the leaves are not serrated. My second guess is a species of Cotoneaster. Unfortunately plants are not my forte' but there are a lot of people on here who's it is!

i'am almost certain now that is the same plant but whith diferente colour varieties,or the orange will be red in a week or two,it's a parking car facility that i use in my work in porto,so it's easy to observe the evolution, and fall to a final conclusion, one more time thanks very much for your several id's,to me is precious, because one of the reasons of my interest in noah project,is the possibility of know the id of every things i see in my zone, and whith noah "sistem" it's much more easier and in the process we have here a window to all the world, great idea, congratulations to all the peolple that made this possible, founders, noah ranger's,etc...
