Jewel bug

Chrysocoris sp.

1.5 cm

Found a lot of this bug on Jatropha gossypifolia plants growing on the side of the road.

Too bad, my camera couldn't focus enough to capture its true beauty.

Thanks John B. we always start off from somewhere, I don't even know how to focus my camera that time so my spotting was blurry, hope I come across the same species of bug and take a better photo.

Great Spotting, Francis. When I saw it this morning, I wondered why I hadn't noticed it before, but I looked at the date and realised that was the month when I joined Project Noah and I probably did not know how to look at other people's spottings yet.
