Trapezia lutea
Also known as Coral Guard Crab and Orange Coral Crab. They hide during the day and come out at night to spread their arms and feed on plankton. They grow to about 1.5cm.
Found on coral and rocky reefs, between the finger-like branches of hard coral formations, all over the Indo-Pacific region.
Photographed this delightful little critter at a muck-diving site off the coast of Talikud Island. The dive site is called Tiffany or Dayang Beach.
