Description:

Flatworm 2-3 cm long with longitudinal yellow-black-yellow stripe and radial yellow teardrop/paisley-shaped stripes on black background flowing toward narrow orange margin.

Habitat:

Near shore tropical waters; coral reef ecosystem.
