Spotting

Description:

Mushroom approximately 6 cm tall. The top of the cap was dark grey coloured and had a mud-stained appearance, about 8 cm in diameter. Most of the stem, cap and what I think were tubes was eaten away, probably by slugs.

Habitat:

Grew on leaf litter of beech and French oak.

Notes:

Spotted in rural area of Deventer, Holland.
