Thanks!! After looking at other examples, I'm going with the American Rubyspot. and I have to agree with you Emma, this is a very elegant little "lady."
lovely ruby burgundy color and such an elegant lady!
I have no doubt it is one of the following:
American Rubyspot – Hetaerina americana
Smokey Rubyspot – Hetaerina titia
