Andrena haemorrhoa
This is the male of the quite common Andrena haemorrhoa Look at the long antenaa ( = males) and the red colored legs (tibia) and brown long hairs... The mining bee does not specialise , but can be found in the spring on quite easy on blossoming Salix / Willow and Taraxacum plants
