Prickly pear cactus & flowers

Opuntia lasiacanta; Family: Cactaceae

Description:

The varying colors of the flowers is fantastic. This cactus has a popular use as food as well. Forgot to add the correct date of sighting when I first posted. Sorry.

Habitat:

All different regions across the southwest US and beyond. Hearty in Mexico and further south as well.
