A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Spider unknown, (wolf or funnel web), with babies upon the back! climbed into my bowl of Red Clover (Trifolium pratense) that I was collecting for tea.
Not sure if it falls under wolf spider or funnel web spider.

Thanks for joining the "Brooding behavior in insects and other invertebrates" mission!
Latimeria, I started reading whatever herbal books that I could get my hands on from the library over the years. I dry the red clover flowers and use about 2 tsp of flowers. Let steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
Thanks everyone! Karen, thank you for the recommendation of the Brooding Behavior mission. :0)
Maybe replace the Arthropod - Arthropod mission with Brooding Behavior as I believe the other mission is aimed at interactions between different species.
Wonderful spot! This would be a fantastic one to add to the new brooding behavior mission - http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/8176...
I agree with argybee. Also, how do you make tea from clover? I've been trying to find some good resources for making tea out of plants, but haven't found much yet.
