Erect, shrubby, green lichen, ca 3-4 cm tall with multiple branches. Branches ridged, cylindrical. Apothecia: numerous, up to 8 mm in diam., terminal or near terminal with disks appearing lighter than the branches.
Lying on ground; had fallen from a tree during a recent storm.
