ing:The quintral, Quitral, Cutral, Nipe or league is an evergreen plant family hemiparasite of lorantáceas, flowers hermaphroditic and produces very sticky berries which removes a league called the glue that is used to catch birds and insects. It has simple leaves, opposite, margin entire, petiolate, ovate form, with curved edges to the beam. It is found in the temperate forests of south-central Chile and adjacent areas of southwestern Argentina.........................................................................................................esp:El quintral, quitral, cutral, ñipe o liga es una planta hemiparásita siempreverde de la familia de las lorantáceas, de flores hermafroditas y que produce bayas muy pegajosas de las que se extrae un pegamento llamado liga que se utiliza para atrapar algunas aves e insectos. Posee hojas simples, opuestas, de margen entero, pecioladas, de forma aovada, con los bordes curvados hacia el haz. Se la encuentra en los bosques templados del centro-sur de Chile y en zonas aledañas del suroeste de Argentina.

Full sun without protection. Las precipitaciones alcanzan 400 - 800 mm anuales, concentrándose en invierno. *Condiciones de luz: Expuesto. Pleno sol sin ninguna protección. Partes planas o laderas de exposición norte.
