Couldn't get a shot of this butterfly with open wings, but it was a beautiful sky blue colour inside. I'll keep trying to find another one at rest. It was spotted in my garden in Tamil Nadu, India.
Could this be a male Common Wanderer? [Pareronia valeria] I think it looks the same as this one here http://www.nerdybirders.com/html/butterf... and it was definitely bluish with open wings.
Yes, I wish I could too. Don't see too many of them in the garden, and they seem to close their wings immediately on landing. there's still hope though!
